General Secretary

 • Shall support, assist and coordinate Assistant General Secretary, Welfare Secretary, IT Secretary, and the whole Executive Committee.

• Shall keep all records, except financial, of the Society.
• Shall head the Secretariat for smooth functioning of GSS and its constituent clubs.
• Shall make sure that GSS follows the rules of Registry of Societies (ROS) and takes corrective action with the help from Apex body.
• Shall call upon the AGMs as well as the co-ordination meeting with the constituent clubs chaired by the President of GSS.
• Shall compose massive emails and operation of GSS email account.
• Shall collect and organize all the internal and external documents and maintain the database to keep it up to date.
• Shall draft the messages of the president, host the general meetings.
