Project Director, Publicity Secretary

• Shall maintain the database within GSS cells and constituent clubs.

• Shall make or edit GSS video annually.
• Shall update the GSS website for GSS events and relevant information and website maintenance.
• Shall maintain the GSS group on Facebook and its promotion, moderate the group as well as send messages and wall posts. This can be extended to twitter.com also.

• Shall assist the Welfare Secretary to maintain the database of memberships.

Project Director, Publication Committee

• Shall administer and chair the Publications Committee

• Shall work closely with the GSS Chief Editor and his GSS Literati team. He shall form ad-hock committees for various communications and oversee its timely publication.
• Shall make sure the committee flag events are well planned and executed on time.
• Shall draft the GSS Annual Report.

(1) The publications committee will prepare various GSS printed communications.
(2) Printed Communications: Survival Guide, Newsletters ( Probably once in 3 months, mass mailed to students to make them aware about GSS activities and publicity, Graduate Magazine (by the students for students), Name cards for EXCO members, EXCO poster, GSS T-shirt, hand-outs which are distributed during orientation or as a publicity material. There is hidden potential of generating revenues in these communications.
(3) The members of this committee are expected to have sound writing skills and/or designing skills.
(4) The team will work on the project basis. i. e. different people taking different role in various publications. (e.g. Editor of the Newsletter can be writer in the Survival Guide and vice versa)
